Great Hotel. I really enjoyed my one week stay in Zuri Hotel when visiting family in Iloilo. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff polite and friendly. The awesome thing about Zuri is that it's right next to SM City mall (about a 3 minute walk) with Starbucks to get your morning coffee.

SERVICE is KING here!! When we arrived the Fridge is not working and the hot shower is spoil. Yet they solved the issues less than an hour! Staff are very nice especially the security guards! Breakfast Buffet is a must try! So many choices! Location just beside SM Overall 10/10.

I recently stayed at the Zuri Hotel and had a great experience. The hotel had a modern and stylish design, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend it!

The parking is on the basement. Staff are really friendly. I always stay here whenever I am in Iloilo. Breakfast buffet is so good and has a lot of choices. English, American, Filipino dishes are served. Fast check in and check out processes. Over all, it was superb!

High class hotel close to everything. High class hotel close to most things in Iloilo city. SM Mandurriao meters away. Easy to get taxi with the help of friendly staff, Megaworld walking distance. Swimming pool on the 10th floor, gym, good breakfast with a lot to choose from, excellent room reasonably quiet, comfortable bed, good water pressure and warm watwr quickly

Good price for the excellent service. Complimentary breakfast is excellent. Shout out to the engineering department who helped us when our car battery drained overnight. I sincerely appreciate the help.

Great place with super yummy breakfast buffet every morning. It's a great place to stay everything is close, anything you need is right around there. Lots of bars and restaurants and music. SM Mall is about 4 minutes away when walking, festive walk is just a short cab ride or you could even walk lots of places to eat and shop. The hotel has workout area and nice pool on top floor. Lots of Weddings there or receptions. All in all a great place to stay and friendly staff, we love staying there. And we stay there maybe 6 times a year cuz I have to go to immagration every couple months and it's located at festive walk mall area.

Relaxed. Our stay was great! Clean and wifi is fast. Staff are very courteous. Convenient to everything you need because of the mall next to it. My son enjoyed the pool so much. And the buffet at breakfast is yummy! Be back again soon.❤️

Enjoyed our stay! The staff are nice, the room is spacious, clean, and good, and the breakfast buffet is superb! I love that it's buffet and we get to choose what we want to eat. There's also a portion of the pool good for toddlers and my baby enjoyed it.

Price of rooms are affordable. Rooms are cozy and modern looking. Staff are approachable. The breakfast is good.

Value for money. This is my favorite hotel in Iloilo City, i stay here whenever i’m in the city. Location is very convenient, they have basement and lobby parking free for guests. Price is affordable for like 70bucks with free breakfast buffet, and yes it is the best breakfast buffet in the city as well, wide selection and open from 6-11am. Room is huge, pool is nice, overall cozy hotel and excellent staff. Will recommend to family and friends.

A modern hotel at Diversion Road, nearby SM City. Their bistro offers Mongolian barbeque where diners queue to choose their vegetables, meats, noodles and sauces and place them in a bowl. Then a number is taped on the side of the bowl and the customer is given the same number. The customer can go to his/her seat while the chef cooks the ingredients. Once done, a waiter delivers the dish to the table. They also offer a birthday plate with 3 cute cakes to celebrators. When we went it was a Sunday night so there were lots of guests. They opened another room to serve more people. Overall, it was a nice experiment on what your choices would turn out to be. The staff were accommodating; they smiled despite the stress level of having an influx of guests.

EXCELLENT AND UNFORGETTABLE. I already booked and stayed multiple times at Zuri Hotel especially during the pandemic until now , all I can say is that my experience with the employees/staff and especially the front desk was accommodating/helpful and super friendly! The rooms are spacious , clean and smells good. Zuri Hotel is a great hotel with a friendly price. The pool and bar area has a very nice view of coastal line of Iloilo City. They also have ample parking space in their basement the it’s an easy access to significant places and transportation is accessible. SM City mall is right beside Zuri Hotel. I will definitely and always go back to this hotel.

Perfect. The stay here went well, I was visiting my fiancé and this was our last stop before I had to head home. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. Food in the morning was great as well we had food included for breakfast and it was well worth it. There is a mall right next to the hotel basically. A three minute walk. As well as some bars and stores too. Over all I enjoyed the stay and my fiancé and I had a great time.

The 3 days and 2 nights stay in the hotel was superb. The room was so clean and they change the beddings and towels every day.. The convention /event halls are huge and nice.. Plus the location is accessible just walking distance from SM

Outstanding. My second visit to Zuri hotel this month. I don't have a bad word to say about the staff, they're honestly so nice and friendly. I'm a people watcher and I have to say a certain type of clientele (usually those dressed head to toe in fake gucci, louis vuitton, or channel) treat the staff like rubbish. I sat in the restaurant to eat breakfast and sat by the entrance and counted 19 guests that didn't even acknowledge the member of staff opening the door for them. So kudos to the staff for putting up with that.

Still the Best Hotel in Iloilo We got the hotel thru Agoda so pretty much got a good discount. To give justice on how satisfied we were, I will explain one by one the things that we love: Lobby: its nice and fancy, receptionists were friendly and helpful as well. Room: the room is too big, spacious, clean. Bed: uhhh the bed! Its big and comfy! I particularly loved the mattress and the linens. I am finicky when it comes to sheets and I so loved it. Bathroom: clean and spacious too BUFFET!: there is a wide selection of foods for a free breakfast! And its not just the typical breakfast but they do serve a sumptuous menu! Location: literally beside SM city iloilo. Will surely comeback here next vacay!

Sulit Stay in Iloilo. 10 STARS FOR ZURI. Hotel is right beside SM Iloilo and PAL ticketing office so very convenient for travellers. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast is superb! We enjoyed our stay in Zuri and we will definitely be back!

Room was spacious, clean, and modern. Staff was very accommodating and quick to respond. Location is great. Just a few blocks from SM Mandurriao, plazuela, and Philippine Airlines office. Breakfast was included and they provided a plethora of delicious food. They had dimsum, batchoy, and bacon. Their breakfast is a foodie heaven.

Papang's 80th Birthday. I was surprised that for a local hotel it's nice and clean. They even a very big room with a big CR. We're lucky that they were on promo so got the room at a very friendly price. The pool and bar area has a very nice view of coastal line of Iloilo City. They also have ample parking space in their basement so you won't get wet when it's raining in the City of Love.

Zuri was definitely one of the best hotels so far that i’ve been here in Ph. The breakfast buffet was the best! Lots of choices. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staffs are accommodating and we really had a good time staying in that hotel. Plus the hotel is just right beside the super malls. Will definitely coming back!

Zuri excellence. Although new to Iloilo, Zuri hotel did not disappoint us when we have a day rest in its place. My daughters and I were so happy with the amenities and the services of its people. The room is clean and regal and the infinity pool, even if it is a little small, seems to be designed just fit for a family having fun.

Hotel is located beside the largest mall in Iloilo city (SM City Iloilo), it has infinity pool with jacuzzi & gym equipments, staffs are friendly, rooms are spacious, clean & cozy, foods at their resto are of great choices. I really enjoyed staying at Zuri Hotel.

great place to chill and have family time. the excellent staff who handle every situation during our stay my sister lost he car key but the security of the hotel was incredibly amazing all the staff knows their job well, one of the kids room has a power electrical shortage when they get back from the pool late night but the engineering department fixed it in no time. the location is accessible to all. the pool bar is my favorite

Outstanding. The hotel room is very clean and good smelling. The staff as usual, are at their best effort to assist us. I love this hotel because the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great hotel. Spacious room with 1 queen and 1 single bed, bathroom is spacious. Few steps to SM city. We had a free breakfast and it was the best buffet! Great selections of food, pastries, fruits and drinks, I can’t really complain! Roof top pool is open until 12midnight, a nice place to relax and order food and drinks, alcoholic drinks served until 1130pm, thanks to Mayor Trenas and his executive order, all bars closes at 12am!

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was an amazing experience. True value for your money. The amenities are awesome and it has everything you need. Pool, free breakfast, free wifi, fresh linens and towels, free parking, keycard entry. It has top level security. Even the lift operates only with the keycard and cctvs are all over the place. But nothing beats technological security other than having honest individuals as employees. I believe they are the best security! One time, we left in a hurry for some errands and all our things were just laying around, even some money. Housekeeping did their job with all integrity. Nothing was lost! Kudos to Zuri, you have amazing team of honest individuals. I look up to these people with high-regard, and make sure that they are recognized for their value. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone having a vacation. 5 stars overall. 💯👍👍

Exceptional. It was our wedding anniversary. I made a request for for something nice for my wife but wasn’t expecting anything. The staff brought her a beautiful desert with happy anniversary written in sauce! Cannot thank Zuri management and staff enough, amazing service and really good people.

Enjoyed our stay at Zuri Hotel IloIlo! Thank you to chef Rochie and Ois for the delicious food they make every morning. We stayed for 6 days and there was a variety of food to choose from their breakfast buffet. The staff were courteous and respectful. It is a fairly new hotel with a beautiful lobby. We stayed in a superior room for a family of four. The room was spacious and clean. It is a 3 minute walk to SM. The rooftop pool is open until 10pm. But during our stay, the jacuzzi was not working. All in all, highly recommend!!

One of the Best. This is my first time staying in this hotel and I was impressed with the lobby and staff. The room is bright and clean. Bed is comfortable and I have a restful night. The breakfast is superb. Just a walking distance to SM City and transportation is no problem. What more can I say but this is a 100% one of the best hotel I have stayed.

Great Experience. We went here during Dinagyang 2023 and it was accessible and convenient. The food was great for a Filipino and a European visitor. Will come back again.
